I plan on going to a 4-year college and majoring in Biology
If your plans include college, have you decided on where you are going or at least narrowed it down?
I am currently still undecided.
Do you plan on playing soccer beyond high school? Are you pursuing other interests (music, art, business, medicine, etc)?
I am pursuing the pre-med path. I plan on going to medical school and becoming a doctor. As for soccer, I would love to play college soccer if the opportunity is given to me.

Who's your favorite teacher? Why is he/she your favorite?
One of my favorite teachers is Mrs.Greer. She was my teacher for Biology and Principles of Biomedical Sciences. Her class made me very interested in the field of Biology. She's super sweet and is always helping me out. My other favorite teacher is Ms.DJ. Ms. DJ is my AP Psychology teacher. She always starts my day on a good note in her first period class. She is super nice and filled with energy. She also has the best humor.
Do you have any mentors or anyone in your life you really look up to? Why?
I look up to my parents because they are always there for me. They are both very hardworking and loving. They come to almost all my soccer games and are always there cheering me on. I'm super blessed to have them as my parents.

My religion and faith really inspire me. I am a devoted Christian that relies on my religion a lot of the time. I thank God for all the blessings in my life, and my faith really motivates me.

Tell us something about you?
I am half-Korean and half-Filipino
What advice would you give to other girls who aspire to play varsity soccer at Ravenwood?
My advice for girls wanting to play varsity soccer is that you need to play 100% all the time. You need to have confidence on the ball and showcase your abilities. You never know who is watching. It's alright to make mistakes. You play how you practice.
When life gets challenging, what do you do to deal with the worries and stresses of life?
I like to listen to chill music and hang out with my friends. I also turn to God and pray about my struggles.
Senior Raptor shout out: Is there someone in the community you think deserves recognition beyond your family or teachers you may have already mentioned (friend, pastor, volunteer, etc)? If so tell us about them.
I would like to give recognition to two of my soccer coaches. Coach Ronnie Woodard is my current travel soccer coach, and she has bettered my game so much. She is such an amazing coach that has shaped me to be the soccer player that I am. Coach Nicole Aquila is also one of my travel coaches that deserves recognition. She pushed me to become a strong player mentality. She's hardworking and goofy. Both of them have a huge love for the game. I am super thankful to have these two coaches in my life.
When you see our seniors, please thank them for their years of dedication and commitment to the Lady Raptor soccer program. We appreciate you!
